How long does delivery take?

Our dispatch times are usually 4–11 working days, made up of two stages:

1. Processing time: 1–3 working days (order confirmation, quality inspection, packing).
2. Delivery time: 3–8 days (this depends on the delivery destination and covers the period from our international shipping house to your door).

Where do we ship from?

Boing Baby works with international fulfilment partners. Some items are shipped from outside the EU. Because of this, transit times can occasionally be longer than estimated, and they are partly outside our control.

Customs, duties & import taxes

Product prices shown on our website include delivery charges but exclude any duties, taxes, levies, or other governmental charges. Goods are shipped "duty unpaid and untaxed."

• Where goods are shipped from a non-EU country, additional customs duties or import VAT may apply on delivery.
• These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, who is considered the "importer of record."
